I took my first yoga class 15 years ago in a college gym. My practice evolved over the years as I was exposed to different studios and teachers, first in Austin and then Los Angeles, from ashtanga to vinyasa to katonah. I moved to Brooklyn last year and have been so grateful to join the Sarai community.
Yoga has always complimented other forms of fitness for me. But what started as a physical practice has changed me over time, both mentally and physically.
Yoga has helped me to be more at home in my body and mind, and I hope my classes help my students do the same. You can expect a well rounded and playful class, challenging but accessible for all levels, with breath work woven throughout.
I finished my 200 hour teacher training at Sarai under Samara Speller and am continuing my training with senior katonah teachers.
