I'm Kelly, a Brooklyn-based yoga teacher. I'm grateful to have found the practice at a young age and to have grown up exposed to a variety of yoga philosophies and disciplines.
What started out as a very physical practice to challenge my strength and flexibility has now become a way of living for me. I see yoga is a toolkit that I'm continually refining and expanding with techniques on how to self-cultivate, self-soothe, achieve my goals, play well with others, and be joyful.
I completed my 200-hour training at Sky Ting and continued mentorship under senior Katonah Yoga teachers.
What is your class like?
In every class, I strive to create an approachable and accessible environment for all. You can expect a guided flow to a curated playlist with a bit of meditation and breathwork sprinkled in.
