My journey to yoga has not been linear & did not happen overnight. In fact I had no intentions of teaching yoga! But after 15 years (& many turns on my yoga path), I chose to deepen my own personal practice by immersing myself in training. In the fall of 2022, I completed 200 hour TT at Sarai. Once the fire was reignited I wanted to share the light with others. 

 

For me, yoga is about connecting to your body & your inner self, so that we are more present in the environment around us. I enjoy a playful balance between mobility/flexibility, exertion/release. So, in my classes expect to move, laugh, breathe & connect in an approachable, dynamic, Vinyasa Flow style. My goal is to empower others to return to a brighter, more balanced self.
